PROJECT BRIEF: To provide a space plan and a design concept for a multi-unit, limited food service wine bar concept in a polished casual dining category. Each leasable space  should accommodate self-serving stations with Enomatic preservation and dispensing wine systems, 40-60 seats in a mixed bar and table setting, restrooms, a wine retail outlet, storage, and a limited food service area. The offered design concept is based on the combination of natural materials, rustic homey feel, and use of the modern style elements.
